About Stacie

Brand Builder

With experience on Olay, Clairol, and Dial, Stacie has become known for using a unique blend of creativity and analytics, to develop innovative strategies that win the hearts and minds of consumers.  Notably, she led the innovation strategy of Olay Whips, the #1 new skincare product in 2018, and the development of Dial’s first Corporate Social Responsibility program, Healthier Futures™, in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters.   


Stacie is currently the Senior Manager of Beauty Shopper Marketing at Henkel – a German consumer products company – where she is a pivotal lead in the strategic transformation of how Henkel‘s Hair Care and Body Care brands come to life at key retailers.  In her role, she reinforces brand equity & drives profitable sales growth by using both traditional and new, digitally enabled tactics to motivate behavior change throughout purchase journey.

Corporate Entrepreneur

As a persuasive "intrapreneur," Stacie uses digital and eCommerce to break down corporate barriers and build new businesses.  Stacie led the US launch of Nature Box beauty; Henkel’s first multi-category, naturals brand spanning hair, personal care, & lotion.  Run as a startup within a company, and supported by social & digital marketing, Stacie energized her team to eTransform the go-to-market strategy, leverage new industry best practices, and increase the speed to market.  Stacie was awarded by Henkel’s executive team for her ability to increase agility with smart simplicity and accelerate digitalization within the organization.

Wellness Advocate

Her experience spans finance to career development, at Morgan Stanley, Viacom, Procter & Gamble, and her venture Clear Path Resources.  Flourishing in a demanding career, Stacie invests in self-care and is an advocate for overall health & wellness.  In her free time, Stacie enjoys Orangetheory Fitness, monthly book club, 1500+ piece puzzles, and serving youth in her hometown of Detroit.  She is also a certified Kettlebell Kickboxing (TM) coach.    


Stacie is the co-author of Harvard Business School case study, Beyoncé.  She is currently enrolled in The Wharton School’s Digital Marketing Certificate program; and she is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA) and Harvard Business School (MBA).
